Their advice was simple: "Stay warm." Heat helps blood vessels dilate, making them easier to find and access, but in the notoriously freezing wards of hospitals and cancer centers, staying warm is a battle of its own. As a regular blood donor, Co-founder Lauren also faces the same ‘centre chill’ every session. 

We realized that the very places you need comfort the most are often the coldest. We knew there had to be a better way to stay warm without sacrificing medical access or personal style.

Why “Bludi”? The name is derived from Blood Buddie, a nod to what connects us all —the donors, the survivors, and the mates standing by their side. It’s also a bit of that classic Aussie grit; because let’s face it, what you’re going through is bludi tough, and you deserve clothing that’s bludi good.
