We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information

New Zealand: 5–10 business days.

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days.

UK & Europe: 7–20 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel Bludi comfortable. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help you get it sorted.

The 30-Day Guarantee (Australia Only) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange or store credit.

• Condition: Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition

• Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer

Faulty Items: If your order arrives with a defect, we’ll cover all costs to get a replacement for you immediately. That’s our promise.
